Whiteboard easels · OEM & wholesale

Whiteboard easel manufacturing freestanding and flip-chart easels for classrooms and training

A whiteboard easel is a mobile writing surface on a freestanding frame — used for small-group instruction, presentations and rooms where wall boards are not fixed. SlateForge builds whiteboard easels for school suppliers, teaching-aid distributors and education brands: A-frame and tripod styles, flip-chart combinations, dry erase surfaces (magnetic optional), adjustable height, and your logo and packaging. Wall-mounted boards stay on the dry erase board hub; steel-core wall boards on the magnetic whiteboard page.

Whiteboard easel types

  • A-frame whiteboard easels — two-sided freestanding frames that fold for storage; common in elementary classrooms.
  • Tripod whiteboard easels — three-leg stands with height adjustment for presentations and small groups.
  • Flip-chart easels — frame that holds a dry erase board and/or a paper flip-chart pad with clamps.
  • Mobile easels with casters — rolling bases for training rooms (casters and locking specified per SKU).

Surfaces, height and extras

Writing surfaces follow the same melamine or steel options as wall boards; magnetic cores are available when specified. Height range, pad clamps, marker trays and accessory hooks are set on the drawing. Load on the frame (board size and pad weight) is buyer-specified and verified on samples — we publish no capacity ratings.

Logo and packaging

Frame labels, printed cartons and care cards carry your brand. Folded easels ship in cartons sized for freight or larger parcel channels.

Compliance — buyer-specified, not claimed

No tip-over ratings, school certifications or magnetic strength figures are claimed here. Buyer-named third-party tests are available on request per SKU.

Frequently asked questions

Whiteboard easel vs wall dry erase board?

An easel is freestanding and movable; a wall dry erase board is fixed. Different SKUs, different pages.

Can the easel board be magnetic?

Yes — specify a steel-core surface. Magnetic hold is verified on samples to your magnet type; see also magnetic whiteboards for wall formats.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the tooling (an existing mold or frame vs. a new design), material and finish, colors, logo method, packaging and any buyer-specified testing; lead time depends on customization, sampling rounds, testing and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.

Are your classroom products certified for schools?

We do not claim any school certification, fire rating, child-safety standard, listing or test result on this site — no ASTM, CPSIA, EN 71, CAL 117, UL, CE, RoHS, REACH or similar marks. Compliance belongs to a specific SKU, a specific market and a specific sales channel: tell us the destination market, the channel (school district bid, teaching-aid distributor, stationery wholesale, e-commerce) and the standard, test or document your buyer asks for, and the quotation sets out how it will be handled — typically third-party testing at a lab you choose or approve, on production samples, available on request and quoted per SKU. See the compliance section of our specs guide or ask on the inquiry form.
